Scope of work:

• Please schedule an online/onsite appointment below for your service "Repair and or Install".

• Service request. Our goal for the appointment is: Initial Services.

• These service will include a remote connection to your computer or provide you with tech support on site to Repair and or Install your computer/network or other device  at your Home or Office at any time.

• The remote service cost $55.00 per hour and tech onsite visit is $105.00 for the first hour that included the traveling fee and $85.00 for any additional hour, Within the first 10-15 minutes our technicians will diagnose the problem.

• If the problem can be resolved by remote assistance the job will be completed with the IT support remote assistance at the rate of $55.00 per hour.

• If the technician is not be able to complete the job remotely within of the first 10-15 minutes they will advise the customer to schedule an appointment for a technician to go to the site to complete the job.

• The customer will not be obligated to pay for the initial 10-15 minutes for the remote diagnostic only if the technician has to go to your site. At the customer request the technician will go to your site at a rate of $105.00 for the first hour that included the traveling to site and $85.00 for any additional hour.

Note* Please let us know for any changes with your appointment at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time so we can meet youreeds, less then 12hours you will be charge $35.00 for cancellation fee .
