 |  Master Solution is a great company to work with, very recommendedI was contact master solution on Jan -2012 because i was looking for web designer and market our website. had before bad experience with others companies that told us that there are special with web design and marketing service and they going to put our company on the first page on Google, Yahoo, Bing etc... and all was big lie. after while i contact with my friend and ask him if he know about company that can build my website/marketing. he referral to Master Solution and to ask there for Shahar or Seanand it is the same guy but because people cannot to pronounce he name so he call him self Sean. I call to the company and ask to speak with Sean, he pick up the phone with a heavy accent, I ask him where he is from and he Told that he is from Israel and he know that he have heavy accent but he definitely know he job. I told him about the situation with the previous company we was working with, he Laughed and told me that i am not the first victim of scam companies like them. he make some research on my website from his side and explain everything about my website with the marketing that the other company built is useless. I ask him how he can prove me that it really what he saying, then he ask me go give him remote to my computer so he can show you in real live mode. i was impress that he offer to give from his time and also to connect to my computer and to show everything i never know about it and he really took his time to explain in my word. I ask him what's needs to be done for my website and he said everything but he told me that he understand my situation and he will do his best to provide me a good price. he call me after 2 days with a quote, i telling told him that he ask some more people about this company and they really recommend you. the time he build my website and start marketing my website any time i was contact with him, he will send me information so much information ant told me he is taking care of me personal. After 5-6 month i start to receive calls from the website, i was so happy that everything he said was happen. I call him to let him know about it, he said that he already know but he wait for me to call him. I ask him if i can pay him more to get even more calls, he said no i need to stay with the same plan. this guy was so honest with with good heart that even more money he refuse to take. i am telling you all this story that happen to me, just because we sometimes judge people by the why they are talking, like those company that sell me crap they was good salesman to sell me a crap, but the other why Master Solution Sean with his heavy accent, was standing behind 100% what he said.  | My experience with Shahar from Master Solution in the past 15 year was the most satisfying. I am living in Israel and Shahar support my Bike Store networks and all the computers from Israel, when he move and open his new company Master Solution he never stop support us. We still get support over remote and whatever need to consult our entire system problem in the best way, he never said that he cannot repair any problem we have, even here in Israel after Shahar relocate to US we have a problem and we try to get tech support company local and we have only a problems with them, they never repair our problem only charge for Nothing, In this time I decide to email Shahar and to see maybe he can do something , after exactly 1 hour we got email back that he will called us in 30min and he call and ask what are the problem that we have, I explain him that we hire another company to do that because he relocate to US, he explain me that in 1 hour we going to have remote station and that what happen like always he figure out everything that need to be done. I was so happy and ask him to continue give us service we need and he respond positive and until today we have the best support. Thank you Shahar from Master Solution I am happy to work with you.
